We made it. It is a new year, 2017. What will it bring? In so many ways, this year will be what we make of it. It could be the best year of our lives. Yet, for that to happen, we must take charge of our lives. This is particularly important when it comes to our health.
When we think of our health, we often focus on things like losing weight. Perhaps, we might consider getting off the weight gain/weight loss merry-go-round and adopt a lifestyle that has us maintaining our weight. We will get into that subject in a future segment.
For right now, we are going to talk about an area of health that has been getting more attention yet still not nearly enough. What we are going to focus on is brain health.
Back to help us focus on this critical and emerging area is none other than neuroscientist, Dr. Kristen Willeumier. Longtime readers/listeners have had the good fortune of coming to know her on a variety of previous occasions. She is a stellar individual, who can take the topic of brain health and break it down for us.
We welcome Dr. Willeumier back to CYInterview. What a great way to start the New Year!
Featured columnist Jay Bildstein joins us for this important segment. You can listen to the entire CYInterview below:
