This coming Sunday, millions of Americans will watch Super Bowl 51. A good portion of them will indulge in a variety of snack and party foods.

We welcome back neuroscientist Dr. Kristen Willeumier to answer that question. From nuts to baked sweet potato fries, she shared with us some great ideas on healthy foods you can make or have at your Super Bowl party this coming weekend.
Speaking of the game in Houston, Kristen will actually be there. She fills us in on that and her hopes to spread her brain health knowledge during the Super Bowl festivities.
